Dr. Krivy and Dr. Dziardziel graduated from Creighton University School of Dentistry in 1993 and took over an office from a dentist that was leaving the state. As their practice grew, they built a new office building in 2006 and have been there ever since. Their daughter, Dr. Harlow, joined Aesthetic Dentistry in 2024.

Get To Know Our Dentists
Dr. Marykay Krivy
Dr. Mary Kay Krivy grew up in Flint, Michigan and moved to Wyoming at age 17. Her undergraduate studies included two years at Sheridan College and two years at the University of Wyoming. During that time, she decided the western lifestyle was captivating and took up horseback riding, which would lead to her losing one of her top front teeth.
She was mentored by Dr. Ray Braten, a general dentist in Buffalo, Wyoming. In 1988, she started at Creighton University School of Dentistry. She married her classmate, Dr. Eric Dziardziel, in 1989, and they both graduated in 1993 shortly after having their first child. They moved to Cheyenne, Wyoming, and have been in practice together for 30 years. They now have three children and one grandchild (and another on the way).
She loves spending time with her cats and staying active. Over the years, she has been into rollerblading, racquetball, running, biking, hiking, and weightlifting (no more horses). She also is a “forever student” and enjoys taking courses and reading publications to keep up to date in the field of dentistry.
Dr. Krivy is the current president-elect of the Wyoming Dental Association and is working hard to improve dentistry for both providers and patients. She has a fellowship through the Dawson Academy and is a past president of the Southeast District Dental Society. She volunteers her skills at Give Kids a Smile.
Dr. Eric A. Dziardziel
Dr. Eric Dziardziel grew up in Douglas, Wyoming on his family’s cattle ranch. He still drives up on weekends to help out with the cattle, horses, and machinery (he even worked as a mechanic in dental school). He has a soft spot for all animals and loves playing with his grandchild.
He graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelors degree in Zoology in 1988. He attended Creighton University’s School of Dentistry, where he met his wife, Dr. Krivy, and had the first of three children. The doctors both graduated in 1993 and moved to Cheyenne, Wyoming to start their dental practice that started on Dell Range Blvd before outgrowing the space and moving into the building that they are in today.
Dr. Dziardziel is trilingual (English, French, and Spanish). He has a fellowship through the Dawson Academy and is a past president of the Southeast District Dental Society. He volunteers his skills at Give Kids a Smile and Donated Dental Services.
Dr. Drew Harlow
Dr. Drew Ann Harlow grew up here in Cheyenne, Wyoming. She attended the University of Wyoming and received two bachelor’s degrees in Physiology and Psychology in 2019. She graduated from Creighton University School of Dentistry in 2024.
Dr. Harlow is the daughter of Dr. Dziardziel and Dr. Krivy. She married Joseph Harlow in 2019 and they now have a toddler and are expecting another baby. She is a cat person and loves Harry Potter (Ravenclaw), Star Wars, Disney, and Percy Jackson.
She is passionate about holistic care and patient education. Dr. Harlow works spectacularly with patients suffering from dental anxiety, utilizing Anxiety Free Dentistry (AFD) methods.

Amy Bell, RDH
Amy received her BS degree in Biology from the University of Wyoming in 1993. She also received her Dental Hygiene degree from LCCC in 1998 before joining the practice.

Amy is a weekend cowboy and goat wrangler, a lifestyle she enjoys with her husband, Terry, and two adult children. She loves the outdoors as a whole, loving to travel, fish, camp, and hike!
Erika Warner, RDH
Erika has practiced hygiene in our office since 2000. Erika attended the University of Wyoming and got her Dental Hygiene degree from Laramie County Community College (LCCC) in 1997.

She is certified in CPR, Nitrous Oxide and Local Anesthetic Administration. She has twenty-one years of dental experience. Her interests include ranching, horseback riding and showing, and spending time with her family.
Liz Garcia, RDH
Liz has been a hygienist for 7 years, joining Aesthetic Dentistry in the Spring of 2024. She received her dental hygiene degree from Sheridan college and graduated from the University of Wyoming with her bachelor’s.

Lisa has two daughters and one son. She enjoys volunteering in the community as well as attending concerts, sporting events, breweries, and spending time with her family and friends. Lisa received a 2024 nomination to be recognized as one of the top 25 Hispanic women giving back to her community!
Michelle Downey
Michelle has worked with Aesthetic Dentistry as a Dental Assistant for much of the past 20 years over various stints.

Sarena Weston
Sarena has been in the dental industry for 23 years, including as an EDDA in Colorado before moving to Cheyenne and joining Aesthetic Dentistry in the summer of 2024.

Joseph Harlow, Office Manager
Joseph came to Aesthetic Dentistry in the summer of 2024. He is a certified member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM) and is constantly utilizing their (and related) resources to improve his knowledge to support patients and the team.

Joseph’s favorite times are spent with his family: Dr. Harlow, their children — James and Jason — and cats — Caspian and Puffin. He is a massive Star Wars nerd while also being a massive sports (football and baseball) fan; especially of the Baltimore Orioles and Indianapolis Colts.
